Arranging a SuperShuttle pickup
To arrange a pickup from your destination airport, simply make a reservation below or call SuperShuttle at the number provided below. A SuperShuttle van will pick you up during the pre-arranged 15-minute pick-up window, bring you to the airport, and drop you off right outside your airline terminal. The pickups are scheduled carefully to ensure you will make your flight in plenty of time.
A 15-minute pick-up window means that the van will normally arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled pickup time. For example, if your pickup time is 10:00 am, the van will typically arrive between 10:00 am and 10:15 am. Please make sure that you are completely ready to go at the beginning of your scheduled pickup time window so that you will not keep other passengers waiting!
How to get to Super Shuttle when you land
LAX - Claim your luggage, proceed outside and look for the orange “Shared Ride Van” sign located on the inside curb just outside of baggage claim. Contact a SuperShuttle Guest Service Representative dressed in a blue shirt or blue jacket that says SuperShuttle and they will assist with your transportation needs.
SNA - Proceed to the transportation center across the street, to the island marked “Van Shuttle Service.”Contact a SuperShuttle Guest Service Representative dressed in a blue shirt or blue jacket that says SuperShuttle and they will assist with your transportation needs.
BUR - After collecting your luggage, step out to the van stop at the outer island and contact a SuperShuttle Guest Service Representative dressed in a blue shirt or blue jacket that says SuperShuttle and they will arrange SuperShuttle transportation to your destination.
LGB - Advanced reservations are required. Please call (800) BLUE-VAN (258-3826) to make your reservations. Once you have collected your luggage look for the transportation kiosk across from the main terminal in the rental car return lot, and let the agent there know you have a SuperShuttle reservation.
SAN - After collecting your luggage, take the sky bridge or cross walk over to the ground transportation islands. Look for the island with a blue sign overhead which reads ‘Shuttles for Hire’. Contact the airport customer service representative. Request Cloud 9/SuperShuttle and give your destination location. The representative will call a van for you.

Luggage Policy:
Maximum amount of luggage allowed per person is: 2 suitcases and 1 carry-on. Any additional or oversized pieces will be charged an additional $10 per piece.
