Swoop over sea and sky on SeaWorld San Diego's new roller coaster, Manta. Experience simulated underwater flight as Manta swoops through grottoes and over water the way a real ray would.
Manta will not only inspire you with amazing underwater animal habitats, but will also take you on an exhilarating ride on a launch coaster shaped like a giant manta ray. Over the half-mile course, Manta will pull up to 4 G's and ending in a heart-stopping five-story drop.

Turtle Reef at SeaWorld San Diego
Get an up-close look at more than 60 threatened or endangered sea turtles at SeaWorlds new marine-life park, Turtle Reef.
The focal point of Turtle Reef is the nearly 300,000-gallon aquarium featuring adult Hawksbill and green sea turtles, some more than 50 years old as well as younger green sea turtles that hatched at SeaWorld in 2009. In addition, Turtle Reef features thousands of tropical fish, and a new ride that takes passengers on an exciting rescue mission of their own.
As you make your way through Turtle Reef, you will take a journey through the life cycle of sea turtles, learn about where they live, how they nest, what they eat and what threats they face in the wild.

Guests with Disabilities
SeaWorld provides special parking, restrooms, telephones and access to shows, attractions and meal facilities for guests with disabilities. Select shows and attractions have assistive-listening devices. On the first Saturday of each month, SeaWorld provides ASL interpreters at select shows, presentations and exhibits. Parking
Cost is $12 for cars; $17 for recreational vehicles, campers and preferred parking; and $8 for motorcycles (free for Silver and Platinum Passport members).
Pet Facility
Kennel rentals are available at SeaWorld’s parking lot entrance for $10 per kennel.

Driving Directions
SeaWorld San Diego is located off the (Interstate 5) I-5 on SeaWorld Drive on Mission Bay, 10 minutes north of downtown San Diego and the San Diego International Airport and Amtrak’s downtown station.
From I-5: exit SeaWorld Drive, follow signs to park entrance. From I-8 west: take West Mission Bay Drive exit onto Ingraham Street and follow signs.
Getting to SeaWorld San Diego by bus
The Metropolitan Transit System offers daily bus service from the Old Town Transit Center to SeaWorld via routes 8 & 9. The bus service is approximately a 15 minute ride and four miles away. The Old Town Transit Center offers connections to Amtrak, Coaster and other bus service. For more information visit www.sdcommute.com

How to get to SeaWorld San Diego via Amtrak
Take the Pacific Surfliner to San Diego – Old Town Station. From there, take San Diego Transit bus 9 (Pacific Beach via SeaWorld/Ingraham Street) to Ingraham Street and Perez Cove Way, then walk 0.5 miles to SeaWorld.
From the San Diego station: Take the San Diego Trolley (Blue Line) to Amtrak California's San Diego – Old Town station. Then take San Diego Transit bus 9 (Pacific Beach via SeaWorld/Ingraham Street) to Ingraham Street and Perez Cove Way, then walk 0.5 miles to SeaWorld.
Go San Diego Card is your ticket to over 55 museums, sights and attractions in San Diego. Go San Diego Card is valid for the number of days you select from 1 to 7 days and provides free admission to all participating attractions during that time. Visit as many attractions as you want on each day.

2013 SeaWorld San Diego Events
Halloween Spooktacular at SeaWorld
SeaWorld's Halloween Spooktacular takes place the last weekend of September (29-30) and every weekend in October. All events and activities are included with park admission unless otherwise stated.
Summer Nights at SeaWorld
Summer Nights at SeaWorld starts Memorial Day weekend, and then nightly from June 18 – Aug. 28 and Sept. 3 – 5. Summer Nights at SeaWorld features extended park hours and include more time to enjoy SeaWorld's all-new Sea Turtle Bay attraction, which includes Riptide Rescue, a rescue gondola-boats themed ride perfect for "tweens" to spin in on their own rescue mission.
Summer Nights at SeaWorld also features fireworks, live music and special nighttime animal shows like "Shamu Rocks," a 20-minute musical voyage through awesome natural settings around the globe; and "Sea Lions
Tonite," which spoofs popular daytime shows in the park and is sure to make guests laugh out loud. "Cirque de la Mer," an acrobatic odyssey on and above Mission Bay, will be performed as a daytime summer show.
SeaWorld San Diego Tips
If you plan to see a show at SeaWorld, check show times and be at the theater about 15 minutes early to get good seats.
SeaWorld's Fun Card - Pay for a day, play all year, is the park's best value for Southern California residents.
