The Shamu Show Believe

A visually-stunning show staged at Shamu Stadium which seats 5,500 people. “Believe,” at SeaWorld San Diego highlights the relationship between killer whales and their trainers, and grant guests get an unparalleled look at the park’s magnificent killer whales. Watch Shamu leaps out of the water during this visually-stunning killer whale show.

Blue Horizons

SeaWorld’s Blue Horizons is a spectacular new show that opened May 2010 and featuring dolphins, short-finned pilot whales, who perform amazing aerial behaviors, acrobatic performers and exotic tropical birds, including the East African crowned crane, and the green-winged macaw.

The Blue Horizons set, includes high-tech water features, a new sound system, and trusses and diving boards for aerialists.

Cirque de la Mer

Performed at the Amphibitheater which seats 2,800. “Cirque de la Mer,” acrobats perform on and over Mission Bay.

Sea lions LIVE

Join the comedy of Clyde and Seamore and the rest of the gang as they perform their own wacky versions of some of todays most popular TV shows, music and music.

Seasame Street presents Lights, Camera, Imagination

Sesame Street presents Lights, Camera, Imagination! in 4-D. A dazzling new 4-D movie that has Elmo, Bert and Ernie, Cookie Monster and Big Bird swimming through the ocean and flying through the sky. This cutting edge digital movie magic is as fun as it is imaginative. Guests will not only see and hear the action — they'll feel it in their seats at the park's Mission Bay Theater.

Journey to Atlantis is SeaWorld San Diego’s thrilling water coaster, featuring twists and turns, and a splashy, 60-foot plunge.

Skytower

Bayside Skyride

Bayside Skyride offers a relaxing and beautiful view of Mission Bay.


Abby's Sea Star Spin

Part of the Sesame Street Bay of Play at SeaWorld, Abby's Sea Star Spin, a 36-passenger teacup-type ride that turns 'round and 'round as it whirls and twirls.


Oscar's Rocking Eel

Part of the Sesame Street Bay of Play at SeaWorld, Oscar's Rocking Eel, a ride that spins and slides from side to side.

Penguin Encounter

SeaWorld San Diego’s 25-degree Penguin Encounter is home to five species of Antarctic penguins, including the gentoo penguin.


Shamu: Close Up

Get an unparalleled look at the park’s magnificent killer whales at Shamu: Close Up.


Flamingo Cove


Wild Arctic

Wild Arctic attraction features a simulated jet helicopter ride, followed by an encounter with several arctic species, including polar bears, the beluga whale, walruses and seals.


California Tide Pool

Explore SeaWorld San Diego’s park’s creatures, including sea stars at the California Tide Pool exhibit.


Pacific Point

At the Pacific Point attraction, harbor seals swim and frolic. At specified times throughout the day, guests can purchase fish and toss them to the marine mammals.


Forbidden Reef

At the Forbidden Reef, moray eels look menacing in their underground cavern. Up above, the exhibit features graceful bat rays that glide by in a shallow lagoon.


Shark Encounter

Guests come uncomfortably close to a dozen species of sharks at SeaWorld San Diego’s 280,000-gallon Shark Encounter,

Sesame Street Bay of Play

SeaWorld San Diego's Sesame Street Bay of Play is a two-acre whimsical play area with three family-friendly rides, featuring Elmo's Flying Fish, Abby's Sea Star Spin, and Oscar's Rocking Eel. Sesame Street Bay of Play also features Sesame Street character meet-and-greets, photo opportunities and boatloads of laughs and hugs.


Freshwater Aquarium

The Fresh water aquarium at SeaWorld San Diego’s features more than 5,700 fishes representing 434 species, including the angel fish and clown fish.

Directions Off I-5 on SeaWorld Drive on Mission Bay, 10 minutes north of downtown San Diego and the San Diego International Airport and Amtrak’s downtown station. From I-5: exit SeaWorld Drive, follow signs to park entrance. From I-8 west: take West Mission Bay Drive exit onto Ingraham Street and follow signs.
