San Diego Embarcadero

The San Diego Embarcadero is the waterfront area of downtown San Diego porpularly known as the "Big Bay" This area is very popular with tourists and locals alike. The San Diego Embarcadero is a year round visitors destination with lots to see and do.

Without stopping the Embarcadero is about a 20 minute walk from one point to the other. But with all the activities along the route, it can actually take 3 hours to complete. Maritime Museum of San Diego

USS Midway Museum
Located downtown in San Diego at Navy Pier, the San Diego USS Midway Museum is a 1,001 foot-long aircraft carrier docked at the habor. The longest-serving aircraft carrier in U.S. Navy history. Today families can climb ladders between decks and the gallery.
